Terms & Conditions

Payment & Cancellation Policy:  70 % of total amount may be charged after booking. 100 % of total amount will be charged within 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 70 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: We require a security deposit of Afl 100 ( locals )  $100 (non locals)

Important notice: It is strictly forbidden to have own drinks (bottles, ice jugs, cans, cups) at the pool when our pool bar is open. The use of illegal drugs is forbidden on hotel property. It’s forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. Not adhering to these rules may result in eviction of the room with no refund. The hotel reserves the right to keep the deposit when not complying with the rules.

Visitors: Duing event days ( Friday, Saturday & Sunday ) it is mandatory for guests to wear their wristbands. On mentioned dates, visitors have to pay an entrance fee of 10 florin per person. They will receive a different color of wristband, which has to be worn at all times. People without wristbands will be removed by the hotel. By government law, visitors are not allowed inside the property after 11 pm for now
